Happy Food Revolution Day & Happy Norwegian Constitution Day

If you happen to be in London today, you should go celebrate Food Revolution Day with Jamie Oliver himself! Jamie said: “It’s going to be a great party so come down and join in the fun and get stuck into passing on the message that cooking and kitchen skills really can make the world a healthier place for our children. We’ll have loads of fun and some pretty amazing food as well. See you there!” More info here.

If you don’t happen to be in London today, you should celebrate by showing off some cooking skills in the kitchen! I’m sure your kids would love to learn and I’m sure anyone else around you would like to taste ad enjoy! Make it natural, from scratch with lots of flavour!

If you happen to be in Norway today, you will most like eat sausage and possibly ice cream. And dress up in the national costume and parade. If you have never been in Norway on the 17th of May, you will not understand. It is fun, some people find it weird. If you do, you can’t be Norwegian.

If you happen to be in Melbourne just like me, you may feel like the season for Comfort Food has arrived. My favourite Comfort Food is Chilli Con Carne. Homemade. From scratch! My brother’s recipe. I think I will have to make some and share it with you! Stay tuned for recipe and pics of the yumminess! What is your favourite Comfort Food? Remember, if it makes you feel good, it can’t be that bad for you, right?
