If you want to learn a little more behind the diet from a archeological scientist who actually KNOW a little more of what was eaten back in the days. It’s quite interesting. These diets have no basis in the archeological reality… Surprise.

I love this video!! i think the point is that our ancestors ate whole foods and very little sugar. While it might not be archeologically accurate, paleo is still a healthy diet for modern humans don’t you think?
I think eating a wide variety of vegetables, a piece of fruit once in a while and reasonable amounts of lean meats and fish is a good idea 🙂
