The Stuff You Miss Out On When You’re Running On A Treadmill

You miss out on these things (from my Elwood Beach run this afternoon – my Something Every Day);

image-3 image-4image-7And remember, it’s not about how cool you look, but the effort you put in keeping warm while you’re running or sprinting or walking or jogging or intervaling.

image-6My blog is one month old today, hurray! Can’t believe how fast time flies. It’s just a reminder to enjoy every day to the fullest, because one day you’re sitting there; old and wrinkly. And you want to be able to look back at life thinking; ‘I can’t believe I did that’, rather than ‘I regret I didn’t do that’. So get moving, do the things you’ve always wanted to do, starting today!

I thought in honour of my 1 month anniversary I’ll open up for questions. I know a few people have asked questions I haven’t necessarily have answered yet, so if you’re curious about anything, leave a question in a comment and I will answer them collectively in a post.

    Happy one-month anniversary!

    I totally agree with you that you need to live each day to the fullest. I’ve done a lot of ridiculously awesome things in the past 5 years – my grandchildren will probably think I’m a pathological liar when I tell them my stories. Ah well….
