You miss out on these things (from my Elwood Beach run this afternoon – my Something Every Day);
And remember, it’s not about how cool you look, but the effort you put in keeping warm while you’re running or sprinting or walking or jogging or intervaling.
My blog is one month old today, hurray! Can’t believe how fast time flies. It’s just a reminder to enjoy every day to the fullest, because one day you’re sitting there; old and wrinkly. And you want to be able to look back at life thinking; ‘I can’t believe I did that’, rather than ‘I regret I didn’t do that’. So get moving, do the things you’ve always wanted to do, starting today!
I thought in honour of my 1 month anniversary I’ll open up for questions. I know a few people have asked questions I haven’t necessarily have answered yet, so if you’re curious about anything, leave a question in a comment and I will answer them collectively in a post.
Happy one-month anniversary!
I totally agree with you that you need to live each day to the fullest. I’ve done a lot of ridiculously awesome things in the past 5 years – my grandchildren will probably think I’m a pathological liar when I tell them my stories. Ah well….
Thank you! Keep up the ridiculousness 🙂
I grew up in Elwood on Poets Grove 🙂
I’m around the corner on Coleridge 🙂
