The view from my window right now – it looks fabulous, but it was only 1 degree this morning (Celsius that is!) Brrr! But, I had a training date with Hayley, so I ‘jumped’ out of bed and ‘ran’ to the gym. We did a circuit and it really didn’t take long to warm up and I felt soooooo much better afterwards. And then we had coffee 🙂 Even better!
The moral of the story is – just get up and do it! And if you do it with a friend, it’s more fun AND you get to have a coffee together afterwards!

Totally agree! In fact, I think the fact that it’s cold give us even more of a reason to go work out – It warms us up and then you get to have a nice warm shower afterwards.

I actually kind of prefer the cold to the heat, maybe because my body turns into a furnace when I exercise!
Haha, it might be 🙂 It’s always good when you get started. But I think I prefer 20 degrees Celsius to 1 degree 🙂
