But, when you have these beautiful creatures outside your window when having breakfast, it’s just a little hard to ignore them.
I’m sorry if you don’t really care about birds. I don’t really care that much about birds myself, but I like beautiful things and things that makes me smile. These Rainbow Lorikeets sort of ticked both those boxes.
Yesterday I did the last of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge. It turned out to be 30 days of yoga within 31 days, but I reckon that definitely still counts. I have really enjoyed it though and I will keep doing yoga. I’ll try to remember some great combinations so I can do yoga when on holidays too. Being a new month (and a new financial year, bring on tax returns!!) I was thinking maybe I need another challenge. But then I realised moving house, packing for a holiday and everything that comes with it, probably is enough for July. Let’s try again for August (when I’ll be in Greece most of the time – maybe I need a Gyro-challenge?!). I would like to say though, if you are contemplating doing Yoga, you should. It is really great. It strengthens your body, stretches you muscles and calms your mind, all at the same time. Love it!
Now I need to get on with my day – what have you got planned for Terrific Tuesday? 🙂

I love the look of them, their sound doesn’t match their beauty.
True 🙂
I did my first yoga class yesterday (first in the last year) hoping to commit to it every Monday night. I’m in training for Melbourne Run do the goal is to hit 5km tonight. Fingers crossed I don’t give up after 3km.
Did you enjoy yoga?? You’re not a quitter, so I’m sure you’ll make it past 3km 🙂
I did enjoy the yoga and will try to do it once a week. Didn’t quit and 3 but didn’t quite make the 5. Managed 4.2km!
Great work 🙂 Maybe we should do Albert Park Lake before I go?
We used to have a pet rainbow lorriket when I was a child. She was so friendly, noisy and such a brilliant part of the family. I too have some in my neighbourhood!
It’s such a lovely sunny day in Melbourne I’m enjoying some me time with a lovely walk and coffee.
I might jump on the yoga challenge…
I’m loving this winter! Top of 18 today 🙂 Do it, yoga makes you feel good 🙂
