Phui, week 1 done and dusted. I am quite happy with my efforts so far, and slightly dreading the 60 I need to do Wednesday (not in a row, just yet, thankfully). But I believe I can do it and that’s the first step in the right direction, isn’t it? If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it! So keep it up!
How did you go? Week one pretty much done and dusted as well? Any challenges so far, or all good? Have you convinced your better half to do it with you yet? Or everyone in your office (I can just imagine it, would be some much fun)? In any case, I hope you are ready to take on week 2, so here we go;
I am currently looking for another challenge to do as well (never happy with just one ball in the air at any given time) and thinking either running or possibly yoga. Haven’t decided yet. Have you got a good idea for a fun (fun could be so many things) challenge I could do? I am very open for suggestions.
OK, time to do my (at least) 47 push ups. On my knuckles. I am actually finding it quite ok to do push ups on my knuckles and my wrists have (knock on wood) been completely fine! Are you ready? Week 2, lets go!!!
