The weeks are just flying and the push ups are just getting harder and harder! Do you agree? You should’ve finished week 4 with another test to see how you’re going and that should tell you that you are far stronger now than in week 1. Does it? This test also tells you how you will attack week 5, because you might need to change column again or you might even need to repeat week 4 (or week 3 and 4, and that is completely fine too)!
So, if you managed 31-35 consecutive pushups, go ahead with column 1, if you did 36-40 you pick is column 2 and yo guessed it right, if you did more than 40 push ups (go you!) you can enjoy column 3 for the next week! Here you go, week 5 of the 100 Push Ups Challenge is all yours;
Ouch, I think this is starting to hurt a little. And my knuckles are getting pretty rough too! But hey, we’re getting stronger and can do heaps of push ups and that automatically makes you a cooler person, did you know? I bet you will end up in a push up competition during one of this years Christmas parties (and please, if you do, you have to share it with me because it would make my day!) and you will win! That’s a good feeling!
Alright, tomorrow is yet another Monday! New week, with new challenges and another chance to get it right! I have already started planning my dinners for next week tonight. Doing that helps me avoid throwing away food (I really hate throwing away food), it helps me to not get stuck home after work with an empty fridge, starving and desperate and it also helps me ensure I eat something that’s good for me everyday! It’s a win-win! Are you planning your food? I’ll let you in on my plan tomorrow, maybe you can find some inspiration!
Have a fantastic Sunday night, make sure you get enough rest so you start your week energised tomorrow morning! See you soon 🙂

Ugh. I can’t do one set on day 1. Bless your strength!!!!
That’s your starting point! Get stuck into it! 🙂
