  • I used to be fat, now I am not

    Beautifully written and inspiring blog…! Thank you for sharing. Loved the posts on LCHF diet and wonder if you have more references. I’ve been reading on it for quite some time, but apart from anecdotal evidence, I have been unable to find scientific evidence on its effects in the sports world. The only evidence available still promotes carbs loading vs low carbs, so would appreciate if you have more on that.. Cheers and again, great work on the blog!

    • Hi Matt, unfortunately a lot of my references are in norwegian or another Scandinavian languages. I will however try to create a post with many of the people I have heard speak at seminars the last few years, because many have asked me this lately.
